Asaf Bimro Asaf Bimro ((ヘブライ語:אסף בימרו), born 1 January 1969) is a retired Israeli long-distance runner who specialized in the marathon. He was an Ethiopian citizen until 1984 when he emigrated to Israel. His best finishes at the European or World Championships has been a 20th place at the 2002 European Championships, an 18th place at the 2001 World Championships and a 25th place at the 2006 European Championships.
